Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the BeeForce platform provided by BlueTree, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
BeeForce is a workforce management platform designed to streamline and optimize the management of the external workforce. This includes, but is not limited to, contract, gig, freelance, and piece-rate workers. The Service provides tools for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding till offboarding.
User Responsibilities
Account Registration: Ensure the information you provide when creating your account is accurate and kept up-to-date.
Legal Compliance: Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities: Do not disrupt or interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass security, or misuse the platform in any way.
Intellectual Property
BlueTree retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all content, trademarks, and data. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.
Termination
BlueTree reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, the company, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueTree shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
